Our Business and Supply Chain

Cleaner Bow provides professional cleaning services and related support activities. Our supply chain includes providers of cleaning products, equipment, protective clothing, facilities services, and other business support services. Supplier Standards and Due Diligence

Cleaner Bow requires suppliers to comply with all applicable labour, employment, and human rights laws in the countries where they operate. We communicate our expectations regarding ethical conduct and modern slavery to current and prospective suppliers as part of our procurement and onboarding processes.

Due diligence on higher-risk suppliers may include enhanced information requests, declarations regarding labour practices, and assessment of labour agency arrangements where temporary or migrant workers are engaged. We prioritise working with suppliers that demonstrate transparent employment practices, fair wages, safe working conditions, and responsible recruitment methods.

Supplier Audits and Monitoring

To support our zero-tolerance approach, Cleaner Bow undertakes risk-based supplier audits and monitoring activities. These may include desk-based reviews of documentation, site visits, interviews with management and, where appropriate, workers, and follow-up assessments to verify that agreed improvements have been implemented.

Where concerns are identified, we will work collaboratively with suppliers to address issues within clear timeframes. If a supplier fails to engage or to remedy significant issues, Cleaner Bow reserves the right to suspend or end the business relationship.

Reporting Concerns and Whistleblowing Channels

Cleaner Bow encourages all employees, workers, contractors, and suppliers to report any suspicion or evidence of modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our operations or supply chains. Concerns may include unfair recruitment fees, retention of passports or identity documents, threats or coercion, or any indication that individuals are working under duress or without freedom of movement.

Reports can be raised through internal management channels or via established whistleblowing routes within Cleaner Bow. Reports can be made confidentially, and we do not tolerate victimisation or retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. All reports will be assessed promptly, investigated where necessary, and appropriate remedial actions taken.

Training and Awareness

Cleaner Bow provides relevant staff with training and guidance on recognising the signs of modern slavery and on the steps to take if they have concerns. Particular focus is placed on employees involved in procurement, contract management, and site supervision. We aim to foster a culture where ethical concerns can be discussed openly and addressed quickly.
